Our Goal

To provide a quality product, customized to our client’s expectations, in a timely manner. We understand that our adjuster likely will be the face of the insurance company to an insured. As such, we endeavor to treat each insured professionally and with courtesy so as to reflect positively upon the client, Frontier, and the insurance industry in general.

Staffing Resources

Due to our ability to keep adjusters busy year-round with catastrophe work (hail, wind, flood, and hurricane) as well as non-catastrophe work, Frontier benefits from a strong and dedicated adjuster database. While we do have adjusters who might work for multiple vendors in our database, we have an attrition rate figured in to insure that we are not short on any guarantees or commitments made to a particular client.

Our experience includes the handling of all types of commercial, residential, and condominium losses, including losses resulting from floods. On the commercial side, Frontier has handled hotels, convenience stores, oil & gas operations, etc.

While we claim flood adjusting as our “niche”, we also handle wind, hail, and other natural disasters as needed.

We have enlisted the services of Justin Whedbee as our Director of Catastrophe Operations. Justin and his team are experienced in handling large losses such as Katrina, Ike, Sandy and other large events.

We have a compliance department dedicated to keeping track of licensing issues for each of our adjusters to ensure compliance for the state in which they are being deployed.
